HOW TO REGISTER
To register for any classes or workshops, download the Registration Form and fill it out specifying the class and dates you're interested in.
Mail or email the form back to us at Info@MarshfieldSchoolofWeaving.com. All applications must include a $250 deposit for the five day classes and a $150 deposit for the 3- 4 or 2 day classes. The deposit can be paid with a check made out to The Marshfield School of Weaving or with Paypal (add 3 %) to our account at : firstname.lastname@example.org. Your place in the class will confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The balance of tuition is due on the last day of the class and materials costs will be added in at that time. The balance and materials can be paid with cash, check, or Paypal (3% fee).
50% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 30 days before the beginning of the class. Cancellation with less than 30 days' notice results in the loss of your entire course fee. However, if we are able to fill your slot from our waiting list, we will refund the course fee, less the deposit amount.
If you are cancelling more than 30 days before your class begins, and we are able to enroll you in an alternate class at the time of your cancellation, we may be able to roll your deposit over to that new class. This accommodation can only be used once and must be applied to a class that is already scheduled. If there is no alternative class available, we will refund 50% of your deposit.
If you are rescheduling within 30 days of your scheduled class, and we are able to fill your slot from our waiting list, we may be able to roll your deposit in full over to the new class. If we are unable to fill your slot from our waiting list, we will roll forward 50% of your deposit towards the new class.
We are happy to announce the availability of scholarship money to help offset the tuition fee through our non-profit institution - The Marshfield School of Weaving Study Collection. Click here for more information on scholarships.
